BIOGRAPHY of CARYN COLGAN

Caryn Colgan writes books, facilitates Mind Magic and Karma Art playshops, coaches groups and individuals and creates art that encourages humankind to "remember what you are" while becoming more guardian-like in our treatment of others and our planet home. She has been an artist since the crayon days and a public speaker for as long as anyone would listen. Caryn Colgan earned a Master of Science in Accounting degree from Texas A & M University in 1984, joined the firm of Ernst & Young as a tax consultant before moving on to a private firm.

After almost ten years as a corporate tax consultant and CPA, Caryn began her present career as an international speaker and workshop facilitator. She has conducted team-building and diversity awareness workshops for the Anti-Defamation League and the National Conference for Community and Justice. Now she works to free people to create the life they dream of with Mind Magic. The playshop, playbook and book (to be published in 2010).

Additionally, Caryn has delivered workshops (now called playshops) and career coaching throughout the U.S. and Europe for major companies like McKinsey & Company, McDonnell Douglas (Boeing), Ralston Purina, MCI, Monsanto, and many others.

She attended the Monroe Institute's Gateway Voyage program in March 2008, is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and is a Certified Toastmaster. In 1998 she completed the mentoring program with the National Speakers Association. She has also studied Levels 1 and 2 of Matrix Energetics to help clients in even more meaningful ways. By learning to play with the subtle dynamics of the unseen realm, more and more people can free themselves to experience more prosperous, healthy and joy-filled lives. Caryn also serves on the board for the Coalition of Visionary Resources.

Forthcoming books include Karma Rules, Karma Boot Camp and more in the Ancient Pact series, Volume 2: The Element of Water, Volume 3: The Element of Earth, and Volume 4: The Element of Fire. The related journals and discussion and greeting cards will follow each book’s publication. The Ancient Pact, ReMember: Deck One - Spiritual Contemplation Cards were released August 2008.

Caryn resides in Lafayette, CO. In addition to co-founding TAG (The Art Group), she currently writes full-time, delivers playshops / workshops. Facilitating Karma Boot Camp's Mind Magic playshops and teaching Karma Art classes bring her great joy.
