	Caryn Colgan facilitates How to Be a Social Media Genius and Unlock Your Inner Genius workshops and works with groups and individuals to help them find solutions that work. She has led seminars and spoken at events all over the world to groups both large and small.

After earning a Master's degree in accounting and almost ten years as a corporate tax consultant and CPA, Caryn began her present career as an international speaker and workshop facilitator. She has conducted team-building and diversity awareness workshops for the Anti-Defamation League and the National Conference for Community and Justice.

Additionally, Caryn has delivered workshops and career coaching throughout the U.S., Australia, New Zealand and Europe for major companies like McKinsey & Company, McDonnell Douglas (Boeing), Ralston Purina, MCI, Monsanto, and many others. Since 2007 she has served on the board of the Coalition of Visionary Resources (COVR). She is also a member of the Green Press Initiative, Conscious 360, the Boulder Center for Spiritual Living and TAG, the Art Group.

She is certified in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and is a Certified Toastmaster. In 1998 she completed the mentoring program with the National Speakers Association. She also designs custom seminars and training workshops.

Caryn resides near Denver, CO. In addition to co-founding TAG (The Art Group), she currently writes full-time, delivers workshops, and speaks on her latest topics. Currently facilitating Social Media for Small Businesses and Unlock Your Inner Genius Seminars.
