Guest Directions

Radio Good Spirited will air LIVE on Mondays at 2PM PST. If this time is a major inconvenience, a special time may be arranged.

As soon as possible please forward to Caryn the following items via "radio at goodspirited dot .com"**:

1. A copy of the book or other materials to be discussed during the show. If no electronic version is available please mail to :

2. A description of the show in 100 words, more or less including a brief biography.
3. The questions you would like Caryn to ask. Caryn will either announce or ask you to say:

1. Your website address,
2. How you want listeners to reach you,
3. Where your books or other items can be purchased and
4. At least FIVE TIPS that relate to your mission or message.
These tips should be things that will help the listener improve their lives, relationships, raise consciousness, be more environmentally aware, etc. We will wrap the show with these tips or reminders.

Please note:
Caryn’s overarching message is to find better ways to co-exist on the planet and to encourage environmental responsibility. Caryn's life purpose is to create a guardianship pact, as promoted in Ancient Pact, with a global tribe of kindred spirits.

At Show Time:

1. Make sure you are in a quiet place. Dogs barking, traffic, children playing, etc., can be very distracting.
2. Disable call-waiting.
3. Use a corded land line telephone if possible. Please use cell phones only as a last resort.
4. Caryn will call you at the phone number you provide and conference you in to the program. If the call is interrupted or you are disconnected, immediately dial 646-716-7181.
   
   (A second option is for Caryn to call you via conference call. However, we have learned that conference calls are the least desirable option since the guest is hard to hear.)
   
   If for some reason neither of these options work, call the 646-276-7181.

Other Notes:

1. All show times are in Pacific Standard Time (California time).
2. Please have fun and be relaxed. The intended format is conversational and inviting.
3. It’s a LIVE call-in show so be prepared for all types of questions.
4. The archives of the show are available about one hour after the show.
5. There may be two one-minute breaks for public service announcements and/or advertisements.
